Deceptive sales practices!

I got my 13yr old child to glamor pictures on 12/15/07 to possess pictures obtained on her to provide for holiday. I had been informed it'd charge $200.00 to complete the design and consider the pictures. I had been advised I'd then start to select from the pictures deals beginning at $195.00. After spending about 4 hours there getting photos. The salesman lay and we looked over the pictures as the remainder of team stood behind us & said how stunning the pictures were, how my child ought to be a design etc. Etc. Then your salesman provides us a cost of $5000.00 for your bundle. After looking to get him to lessen the cost for over an hour or so, the cheapest I really could get him right down to was $2900.00. I subsequently informed him I'd to consider it. I had been informed, do to storage using the PC the pictures could be erased if we quit. I had been never permitted to visit a published cost page. I had been never told I really could buy images at any cheaper cost. I wound up, after about 5hrs placing a $3000.00 cost on my charge card. I understand I had been foolish, but personally I think this can be a shady & fraudulent organization. I'll likely wind up seeking this issue in court
