If that's difficult, atleast an upgraded and that I might also prefer to understand the key reason why, rim doesn't deliver sealed packages once they consider the whole cash from us. How can we trust this type of shop which provides this type of horrible support. Imagine if they've changed the initial battery and components with identical types... What's the proceedure about this and what's the repair for it.
