Hello All, I Purchased a Rim 8800 mobile from Sangeetha Shop in Community Mall by spending 22,000—. The very first thing which amazed me was they're not prepared to provide a sealed package. I'm spending 22K, am i not permitted obtain a sealed package. Nevertheless I purchased the collection trustworthy them. They made me watch for over 4 hours within the shop, they created me return home to copy the information and return along with a lot.in the end these tortures they offered me a brand new collection and also the method the shop men were coping with me was as though they're performing some opt to me. I returned home and employed the brand new collection for another 2 times and also the enter key arrived of the handset. It was that loose. If that's difficult, atleast an upgraded and that I might also prefer to understand the key reason why, rim doesn't deliver sealed packages once they consider the whole cash from us. How can we trust this type of shop which provides this type of horrible support. Imagine if they've changed the initial battery and components with identical types... What's the proceedure about this and what's the repair for it.
