Online organization, AllBrands.com, securely will not recognize the 3-year warranty on the $160 Rowenta Steam Generator Metal I bought in 2007. AllBrands claims that my guarantee wasn't triggered allegedly since I overlooked to supply them with my equipment serial number at that time of purchase. Nowhere about the AllBrands.com site made it happen express the guarantee might become invalid if your sequential number wasn't supplied.
