Warranty issue

I named Western Digital prior to making a purchase from craigslist. I gave them the sequential number plus they explained the push I had been going to purchase had a guarantee until september.

I bought the push one hour following the telephone call and 4 hours next I mounted the push also it was useless.

Today 12/21 I tried calling Western Digital to obtain the drive changed plus they are informing me they CAn't change it since it is definitely an OEM travel.

When The first-person hadnot explained that it was under guarantee I'd not need bought the push.

I spoke to supervisor who stated he would "check out the problem tomorrow 12/22 after which approached " but I've question something may happen.

Seems like an incident of not attempting to satisfy guarantee demands.
