The machanism on our modification/couch failed. The system includes a lifetime guarantee. About the technicianis second visit (incorrect component on first visit, despite the fact that we supplied them using the design and sequential number), he changed the system in about 1/2 time and charged us $150 work. Yes, the components were under guarantee, but a $300/time support phone to set up it's crazy!
