Dogbrace.com, caninebrace.com, NTD Orthopedics Tim Niswonger, Canine Braces is running a scam operation. Will not send you product that fits or works

After contacting Tim Niswonger and actually speaking to him, He assured me he would get my dogs (2) leg braces out with in 10 days of getting my Pay Pal check. I had my dogs casts made and sent out next day delivery on 1/7/09. It took several weeks before he made contact with me. My Dog had 2 blown ACL's and it was imperative that I get these made asap. When he made contact with me thru e-mail he said he had them made up and was sending that day. He gave no shipping instructions as to how they were being shipped or exactly when. I started calling and e-mailing when they never arrived. Then he e-mailed again with crazy stories and still no braces.

Finally in February he sent me a USPS number that was bogus. The braces did finally arrive in February, but I was out of town. When I arrived back home I tried to fit on my dog and both were too small. He actually talked to me and I measured again (which he should have verified prior to making the braces). He assured me he would have in the mail by that friday (2/25/09). On 3/5/09 I still had no braces and he e-mailed with another bogus USPS number.

After phoneing everyday (No return phone calls) and repeatly sending e-mails he still has not ever gotten back to me as to the correct USPS. I am sure he never intended to send me anything.in his last e-mail to me he stated he had been very busy remaking other peoples braces because they were made wrong. I think this guy has no clue what he is doing.in his original phone conversation with me he said he was a tool and die maker and had to work another job to keep things going. I think he is in over his head and is working a scam to line his pockets.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, The California Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission. He is running a scam and doing false advertising. I wish I had seen your site earlier, so I could have avoided this mess. All I want is my $475 back. My next course is a legal suit, where I sue for my money and the damages my dog is suffering in pain and loss of mobility. This guy is running (2) to (3) sites.
