Dentist ripoff takes payments no services then relocates

Mark Richards was my 14yr. Old sons "dentist". He will make patients feel that he is very professional, and trustworthy - watch out!

I had a payment plan that began in Jan and lasted 20 months totalling 3500 dolloars.

I made payemnts for 10 months during which time he made excuses as to when my son would be ready for the braces.

On Aug 21 my son had an appointment to have his braces finally put on (yeah)
NOT - I called him earlier that day asking how long it would take He stated about 45 minutes.

We entered his office, ready for braces, and as he examned my sons teeth (as if he was going to do something) he advised us to find a new dentist HE WAS RELOCATING - He never offered any money back ($1700.00) I filed a law suit against him, requesting a refund of $1100.00 (which included court cost) his countersuit is for $7200.00 HOW LAUGHABLE IS THAT!!!

This dentist is a scam artist / he poses as a dentist to win trust - he will take your money / and will NEVER intend on fullfilling services - that contract is bogus!!!

Dont be fooled like I was-

Hope to go to court soon - its been a year / my son still doesn't have braces.
