Nowadays I really am bit pissed off� bcos of the tmobile Seller called WARM SINGH� it�s an extremely lengthy story� that has been operating through three months� Before 3 months I'd requested for an add on on my buddyis tmobile link from the tmobile seller to get a Samsung see dark phone� and after three months of struggle� I obtained a red shade telephone and that I can't use that� next I delivered him back the phone� and he explained he'd deliver me back the dark phone-in per week and he never delivered the telephone till now� Therefore completely Unhappy I named the client attention to stop the offer and requested to get a return of credit� but what occurred was they terminated the program but didn't matter the refund� and requested it to gather in the dealer� the seller is this type of deceptive person who he'd never reply my phone of course if at-all he replies a phone he'd ask me to call-back after which he'd not raise my phone again... And would not return my cash back� after getting disappointed with that dealer� for around three weeks� I again named the client attention when they might help me in obtaining back the cash and today the seller isn't actually answering the client care men and also the many annoying point about customer service is� we can not reach the exact same consultant to deal with the case� each time I contact towards the customer service I get attached to various repetition I have to narrate this entire tale and before they consider some motion your day stops and may never get Back again to the exact same repetition the following day� That�s how my 300$ got swept up close to the seller from 3 months� he's this type of scam that I truly getting annoyed with this particular guy and ruining my health due to the hypertension made for the way in which he's answering me� I'm truly left hopeless and that I am being left in the mercy of the fraud� today actually customer service men say the optimum aid they are able to do in my experience is phone towards the seller with respect to me and have for that reimbursement of course if does not react I want visit the shop and gather my money� the shop is in New York. And that I have to travel there to obtain my money-back which may charge me significantly more than that 300$... I'm left in this situation from a few months and that I have now been struggling with a genuine hyper-tension bcos of the fraud� 300$ isn't a little quantity that I will keep down neither a genuine large quantity for me personally to consider this quantity of tension� significantly more than cash I'm more stressed having a sensation that I'm being BETRAYED� I truly don�t understand after I am likely to get my cash back� I'm ready being unsure of things to do� can there be something which can be achieved to conquer this case???

The one thing that affects me is or even client care� what's the following choice left for me personally to cope with this fraud� I'd not really mind processing an incident against him� that disappointed I'm with this specific guy� I understand that I'm not alone who's struggling with this particular man after looking in google� but I truly don't understand how to continue officially within this case�

Tmobile shouldn't consider this gently since he's tmobileis seller and this type of respected organization can't cheat people by maitaining dealer with such Scams...
