My car was stolen

I went to the Pizza Hut in Charlotte, NC on Prosperity Church Road for take out. While waiting 25 minutes for a pizza that was supposed to be done in 10 minutes my car was stolen. To make it worse, they made it seem like it happens all the time - when I walked back inside the store and announced that my car was stolen, the cashier said "oh not again, would you like me to put your pizza in the warmer". Neither the manager, nor anyone else in the store apologized for my loss, and to add insult to injury... I paid for my pizza and they didn't offer a refund, a coupon for a future fee pizza or a ride home. The bums!
