Been asking for a refund since January 19 but get nowhere!

Didn't obtain a reimbursement as guaranteed on the website. They claim you receive a large number of stations from all around the globe however, you don`t. Additionally whenever you attempt to obtain a funnel inside it doesn`t come in. Requested to get a refund your day after I settled them-but no body affects to obtain back again to you. I have delivered numerous emails requesting a return. Our order-id# is 138708633 and also the purchase is under my husband`s title: Steven Newell. Would really like a return! Other people who would like their support BEWARE!
