Scam and fraud!

On 1/4/08 I place an order for several items, one being a garage work bench. I obtained all products EXCEPT the storage work-bench on 1-10-08. Our charge card was likewise BILLED on 1-10-08 FOR SEVERAL products such as the storage work-bench that we didn't obtain. On 1-11-08 I named Recovery Hardware 1 800-816-0901 and talked having a customer support representative whom used to do not obtain title and was informed that product isn't any longer accessible, she completed a credit type and that I must have my $460.83 (amt of work-bench S.H. Duty) that was currently billed to my Credit within 24/48 hours. On 1-16-08 (5 nights later) I still didn't possess the cash delivered to my Charge Card and so I again named the 1-800# and talked with Sylvia at ext. 4872. Sylvia explained that the reimbursement was posted on 1-14-08 for that amt. Of $412.34 and that I must anticipate it to exhibit on my Charge Card TODAY within 3-5 business days in the day the reimbursement type was completed that was 1-14-08. I questioned Sylvia concerning the outstanding $48.49 which was billed to my Charge Card. On 1-18-08 I obtained a phone from Previous Baymeadows Shifting and Storage arranging a Recovery Hardware shipping. On 1-21-08 (today 10 times after Repair Hardware removing $460.83 from my Charge Card, seven days from when Repair Hardware completed reimbursement request $412.34; 5 times from Recovery Hardware completing another reimbursement request the remaining $48.49 which both quantities were removed from Credit-Card on 1-10-08.

And So I call Sylvia Ext. 4872 again 1-21-08. She requests title of shipping organization, informs me Old Baymeadows Shifting and Storage is not their regular shipping company for this region, I provide her their telephone number and Sylvia calls them. She subsequently calls me back informing me-she does not understand why they attempted to provide the storage work-bench but I wont obtain anymore telephone calls from Previous Baymeadows Shifting and Storage again. I ask her again about my reimbursement and he or she claims this time around that Repair Equipment is in stock so that as quickly as that's total, SUBSEQUENTLY my reimbursement requests may be prepared. She couldn't provide me a romantic date regarding when that'll occur.
