CIC Credit Monitor Svc con artist fake ripoff

This company is full of sh*t! I went online in Feb. To get one of their "free credit reports" for my father. Once I got to the site I realized that you needed a check or credit card to take advantage of their special offer so I used my check card to gain access since they stated there would be no charge to it if you canceled within the first thirty days.

So I went on about my business, retrieved my father's report, and then cancelled my membership shortly thereafter because it would have been useless for me to keep it seeing that I have no credit.
So appox. 2 months pass and i've forgotten all about the Credit Monitor because remember I cancelled it as soon as i was finished my father's report.

All of a sudden my cell phone stops working so i check its account and service has been suspended due to lack of payment. This from a phone that deducts directly from my checking account monthly that just had funds to cover my entire months expenses just days ago. Anyways, to make a long story short, this shady company after 2 months, takes around $80 out of my checking account without my consent or authorization, which overdraws me, puts me in debt with the bank, and behind on my bills over a subscription i canceled a long time ago.

I mean do the math... I'm a 19 yr old male that lives @ home with his parents with no credit. What the f*ck do I need a Credit Monitoring Service for? It doesn't make sense. And why wait 2 months and then try to charge me for something I canceled?

I'm not taking this lying down and I plan to get my money back from these cheapskate scam artists. They are tarnishing the name of good business everywhere and need to be taken out immediately!
