Awful experience

In April I settled a partial cost to possess pictures of myself and my child created. We visited an area Major Tons in Columbus, Ohio to possess pictures drawn in April were the rest of the balance for that pictures was due. They shipped out a postcard to my tackle in the future and see the pictures on May 5, but used to do not get the postcard until Mid-May.

I approached them and tell them what had occurred. The CSR that responded the telephone explained that I'd need to wait till they returned to my region to see and obtain my pictures. It's today Goal of 2009 and that I have yet to get my pictures or perhaps a return.

I've approached them many times within the period of time and also have not got any nearer to solving the problem.
