It has to become the toughest rental-car business encounter I Have ever endured. I'd to rentacar in November since my vehicle was within the store. Unfortnately my vehicle needed to remain in the store longer than expected. No body in the rental-car business experienced the requirement to enter contact with me about returning the vehicle until each dayapproximately after my deposit went out. I did so continuously remain in contact using the rental-car business but I suppose I had beennot quickly enough since the Fairfax County Police Department also approached me and explained to come back the vehicle each dayapproximately after my deposit went out. I told the Fairfax County Police Office on two ocassions exactly what the scenario with my vehicle was plus they ignored what I'd to express and handled me like I had been a legal since I suppose that is all that rents out of this specific RENT A WRECK in Alexandria, Virginia!

Anyway, following this experience, my guidance would be to remain far-away out of this carrental business at any expenses since the minute the deposit runs out they'll have FAIRFAX REGION's best once you (and also to believe they're designed to guard and function... Do not make me laugh!)

And never to say, a far more trustworthy rental-car business might have merely requested for another type of cost or charged me upon return of the vehicle that was just two times after my deposit went out!

Go figure!

And of course, they wound-up getting me more in per-mile costs which eventually wound up charging me more than easily remained with among the leading rentalcar firms...

This can never ever happen again!!
