I am a former client. The billing cycles were usually complicated. I hardly ever really understood just how much I'd owe since I'd just obtain a statement easily was overdue. The expenses did not appear at regular times. Frontier also does not provide online bill providers both. That is fairly uncomfortable considering they're a telecom business.
Anyway. They're delivering me about 1-3 bits of email each week with numerous presents. I named the Client Support and also the lady stated it is mass email and there's no method to eliminate me in the entries. Therefore is the fact that how they attract clients? By crap sending them to death?
