Sears Basics on Woodyard Road Clinton, Baltimore, 20735, draws baitandswitch on lawn mower. Lawn Mower Described about the box is not what is within the container. A Cheaper design put into container, Sears has didn't tackle issue, store-manager today lies, possibly because problem went on such a long time.

The lawn mower I bought from Sears of Woody lawn Street, Clinton, Maryland. This mower was bought your day after Blackfriday. With no shop design I bought it from the image about the box, the mower I obtained wasn't that which was within the box, Sears has did not react having a quality, actually I've telephone corporate on 12/1,12/5,12/7,12/8,1/8/09,1/16/09,2/16/09,3/7/09,3/12/09,3/14/09.

When I did so talk to the store-manager by which she switched round the tale of the incorrect lawn mower for example “you were not below about the correct evening?" “You got a larger container?" to the stage I became disappointed and desired to talk to the area supervisor.

I called again today 3/14, where stage I had been informed the store-manager has talked in my experience 9 occasions, this really is false! I am mad the problem hasn't just NOT been fixed however the store-manager has lied; you CAn't talk to an area supervisor since a store-manager has STATED they've fixed the issue.

The thing is, Sears offered a lawn mower the image about the box isn't that which was within the container! I had been informed on all of the calls in the above list that somebody could be calling me, they'venot! I'd like the mower that I paid $180 for to become the main one described about the container.
