Broken promise

We bought a $4000 tempur pedic bed and ergo flexible foundation from Bed Company on Friday, 3/13/09, our 10-year anniversary. Your salesperson, Bill, was excellent and educational. We were on our method to purchase at Gallery Furniture. Bill guaranteed that Bed Company offers Red-Carpet shipping, they've anything in stock, and, being that they are simply outside from us, we believed ok, we will purchase from these men rather! Well, we were guaranteed the shipping might occur 24 hours later, Lay, between 6 and 9 pm. They'd the bed covers we bought introduced from another shop which we ceased in Sitting morning to choose-up. I spoke to Bill and he assured us anything was established for that shipping today. He was dealing with a few who also bought a ergo adj mattress for shipping today. Anyhow, at 7:30 pm we obtain a phone from the woman in the shop, who stated they might not provide our mattress nowadays as a result of paperwork mistake, and also the soonest could be Saturday from 4-to 7 pm. We'd previously removed our previous mattress of the bed pad, blankets, covers etc. And required along images and shifted issues - it appears like a-bomb went down within our room - in planning for that shipping. Today we shall need to place points back together to rest today, also it simply ruins the expectation we were anticipating in the purchase. We quit our Sunday evening encourages from friends to become house to obtain our new bed. We've yet to listen to from our salesperson, store-manager or anybody of expert.
