Ripoff victimized many consumers They want me to pay for books I didn't order and didn't receive Jefferson

This company is unbelievable!!! They keep billing me for books that I have nevered received.

I let them know each and every month that I'm not paying for something that I have not received nor do I want, asking them to please credit my account.

The only response to this from the company is to send me to collections. Of all the nerve to damage my great credit this way is just plain wrong!
