To Julie Novelli:
I am still waiting for my hat and would like to know when it will arrive. I've contacted you 3 weeks ago on February 20th and was told you will make the hat that I ordered and that you advertise with 2 names on it. I also sent a note to you on February 27th and did not get a reply. The 3 piece set I ordered specifically states 2 names on each piece and shows pictures of the 3 pieces with the 2 names on it. I am losing faith in your company especially when I was told that you never put 2 names on a hat but that is exactly what you advertise. Is this a bait and switch? Making we wait this long for your mistake is not very professional. Hoping to hear from you. I also sent several e-mails and chat mail through your sight and left phone messages with no reply. My last phone message was on March 13.2009.

I could not believe the response from you below:

We don't normally do two name on the hat becuase of the small embroidery area. Usually the hat is first name only. I can try and have the hat redone with both names, it just may look a little odd or we would have to do the lettering very small.

Julie avoids all e-mails and phone calls after there is a problem. Very poor customer service and totally arip-off.
