Ripped off by Personalized for Baby and Julie Novelli

I wish I had done a background check on this company before I ordered from them. I have never had the issues I am having with this company with any other company ever.

I ordered on 3/14/09 a blanket, bib and qualified for a free burb cloth. I never received an order # or a confirmation email. I started calling & emailing them on 3/18/09. I also sent a complain to the BBB. 2 days after I BBB received my complaint they responded that my order shipped.

I received the merchandise on 3/30/09, and the embroidery on the blanket was spelled incorrectly. I went through the same steps as I had previously. On 4/10/09 Julie, finally responded to 1 of my emails that my replacement blanket will be shipping that day and I will be receiving it on 4/13/09.

I found it hard to believe that I would be receiving my order in 1 day from Georgia to Chicago. I was right, as of today, I have yet to receive my replacement order.

BBB was no help the 2nd time, because Personalized for baby never responded to my complaint. BBB closed the file, claiming they are not a member and they cannot do anything.

I can believe Julie has the nerve to put her name on emails when she finally bothers to respond. She has a lot of nerve. I don't know what else to do, other than going to their store and making a scene. Being that I am in Chicago that is not the most feasible solution.

I nephew is now 5 months old, and maybe I will be able to give him the blanket and other gifts as a graduation gift. For all who see this do not order from this company and wish me luck!!!
