Charged my credit card but never received item

I placed an order on Nov 21. I waited the 1-2 weeks that they state on the website. I reviewed my credit card statement on line and noticed that they indeed charged my account. I called the number which is a recording to leave a message which I did several time. I finallly emailed them but didn't get a response until four weeks later which Julie indicated the order was found and she would send to the imprint shop and should ship in 72. Hrs. I waited again. Not hearing from her I finally emailed her again to say that it had been 264 hrs. No response. Ifinally emailed again today and stated that I was going to report her and the company to the Federal Trade Commission.

I have since read other reviews that were all negative. I only wish that I had checked before hand. However, it seemed to be a legitimate site. How could people prey on individuals trying to purchase BABY gift that are precious to them. I'm so appalled it gives me the shivers.
