Retained investigator, False promises, under false pretenses, no results

Steve Blakeley was retained under the pretenses that the wealth of information provided to him was sufficient to find the information that we needed with in regards to the retainer fee was more then enough. I had stated to him that if no information was found to start with, to inform me and to stop the investigation. As he had stated that it would be fairly "easy" (verbatim of word used) to find information on both cases.
Private investigators are such a joke and honestly hope they all go under in this economy. No one needs them as it is literally burning your money. I found out more information for free by myself using the internet and telephone than he did with "10 hours" worth of work and fees.
Do it yourself, don't hire a private investigator FOR ANYTHING.
