Private Investigator who lies and does not pay for contracted services

We are a Private Investigations Agency in MD and hired and contracted by Kevin Sianez with KMS Investigations to perform surveillance on a company in MD. We performed the service, sent him the investigative summary and photos/video and he's not paying. We now have been able to talk to many other private citizens who have been taken by this 'man' and also see that the BBB has about 13 strikes against him as well. I see a class action suit coming his way!

Please forward this information to anyone who has hired or is thinking of hiring a Private Investigator. Do your research, look on-line at the Better Business Bureau and make sure your Agency has your best interest in mind. Don't be taken by this man. He only answers phone calls and emails of people wanting new work.in fact, we've emailed him as a potential client and he's answered those right away. He's a liar and a thief.
