Do not sub-contract for this rip-off artist. When Jeff Zoreb initially called about a priority lead, I assumed that he was a reputable private investigator and extended professional courtesy and handled the lead on an expedited basis.
However, when I sent in my invoice to be paid, he did not even offer an excuse for non-payment and ignored my invoice. I followed the normal SOP for this type of investigation, so I was puzzled why he did not pay the invoice, until I figured out that he was a rip-off artist.
Perhaps this report will prevent other investigators for falling into Eagle Investigation's trap. Do not sub-contract for him.
