Lies, False Promises—Complete Scam! Sent a list of 10 things they will do for my ad campaign—did 1 of 10

Signed up with Marie Foster, really nice and sweet, when I call her she called back in 5 minutes, same thing with emails. She asked for half of the $750 up front and the rest within a month—no problem—2 weeks go by, no response from them at all—Marie stops answerign emails and returning phone calls. Finally get in touch with someone at the office after being on hold for a half hour. I am then told nothing will start till I pay the rest—sort of deffeated the purpose of payign half up front but, I figured no big deal. Sent the remaining funds owed. Should of known there. Here is the program I signed up for.

My campaign started February 1st (supposedly)—no reponses to emails, phone calls, staus updates on Friday —nothing. Then I find out that my account manager, Christina is actually the owner. She has given me several emal addresses and phone numbers, it doesn't matter she won't respond to either. After 2 1/2 weeks, she sends me a report showing that they made 100 calls, remind you I signed up for 5k calls in a month. Another week, no contact—then she calls me and tells me how sorry she was, she was just swaped and she promised the next week they would do 10k calls to make up for it. Another 2 weeks go by, I tried everyday to speak to someone, and no reponse. Then I get a email every day for the next week saying "here is the list"&every email the same list showing about 1200 calls made—callign businesses mind you, the staus of 90% of the calls are "no one answered or voicemail" —you know since most businesses don't answer the phone. Saracsm.

They refuse to give my money back and I would like to go after them with s small claims lawsuit followed by the attorney general's office. It looks like their are others who were scammed by them also. Maybe we can all get together and file a class action lawsuit. Something needs to be done. Most unproffesional and rudest company I ever have dealt with —thank god I only sent them $750. I am pissed right now, so for the next 2 weeks I will do everything imaginable to trash their company on their internet.
