Run the other way. Do not deliver what they promise

I was contacted by a guy named David who is a very slick talker. He had informed me that he owned the company and was trying a new system of telemarketing on a commission basis. I was told that if I paid them $750 dollars they would purchase a list from their vendor and make appointments on my behalf. I would then pay them a commission if I made sales from the appointments they set.

I completed the paperwork and sent the check. They appear to be very well set up. David had informed me that he had been in the business for 20 years and that he had a staff of 400 telemarketers.

A few weeks went by and I hadn't heard a thing. I contacted Christina High and she told me that she was working on it and sorry for the delay that I would see results that week. I told her I was promises a list and that I had not got it yet. She sent me a list a few days later after several more calls on my behalf. The list of prospects was not the list that was orignally ordered. When I told her she said she would look into it. She sent me a new list and that one was in correct.

A week went by and I still had no appointments. When I spoke with her she said I would have some by the end of the following week. That didn't happen. I called her and asked for my money back, her reply..."we don't give refunds." I told her that I would have to take action and she said. "Go ahead."

I contacted the FBI and spoke with an agent who stated that if there are others that have had bad dealings with this company then we would have a good case for opening an investigation.

Everyone beware of this company they do not deliver what they say they will. Let's work together and shut them down.
