Quoted $32 Monthly for Six Months, First Bill Was $78

I set up my Direct TV account. Then one month later they actually installed it. During the account setup they stated several times that my bill would be $32.00 total, after all my extras, for 6 months. I received my first bill and it is now $78.00! And this was for only a 20-day period, installed 3/2, bill 3/22!

Do not trust their reps, who are trying to scheme some commission out of you. They will rip you off!

I have contacted the AG in CO and sent an email to the Direct TV billing department to get this resolved. I am also hoping to get a complete recording of my conversation with the representative.

I am fairly certain I will have to take them to court over the issue. Still, it is just a drop in the bucket compared to how much they take from consumers.

Don't trust Direct TV pricing, it is ridiculous! I saved more for better service with my cable. I would rather watch free TV online than deal with these people anymore.

If you can't tell, I am extremely angry!
