I went to k-mart about a week ago, I bought some items that were on sale, but did not open them before I left the store, trusting that all the contents were in the box.
I got home and open the box the next day and notice that all the contents were not in the carton. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, I explained my situation to her and she simply stated that if I did not call the same day of purchase there is nothing she could do, since all sales were final.
When you buy something from a store you expect all the contents to be packed in the carton, not missing parts. I only have some of the parts and cannot do anything with the parts that I have unless I have the other part to go with it. I think it was intended to be a ripp off in the first place since they filed chaper 11.
