CVS appears to provide me issues constantly. I've experienced unpoliteness, disrespect and poor customer support on many events in the CVS situated in Waukegan, IL. They've really unprofessional workers with little understanding. They charged me twice a week ago. I named their supervisor Ed and told him. He declined to provide me return back and questioning dual cost on my card. Based on the supervisor, it had been voided on his part. Our card displays 2 identical costs in the same period. I had been informed this 1 cost continues to be voided because of the cashiers error however it nevertheless experienced. The store-manager, Edward doesn't have time for you to keep in touch with me or consider this issue and stated he is too busy. He recommended me to document a to get hold of my card. The procedure will require forever to solve and that I need to place all of this work to obtain my reimbursement back since the cashier created an error. That is absurd. I'm simply likely to quit shoppoing at CVS. I'll ultimately get my money-back after all of the paper-work and compaint. It is time intensive for nothting.
