I purchased plants on friday to become shipped on Sunday to get a viewing. They didn't appear. I named and spoken to Tammy, she assured me they could be shipped over time for that memorial on Friday. They never arrived. I named plus they advised me they terminated the purchase and acknowledged my consideration the exact same time. 9 days later... No credit. I talked with Tammy again and he or she advised me that it might have a couple more times and they attempted to contact me which used to do not need a answering device (yes, I actually do). These were, not just inexperienced, but rude. I'll NEVER use or suggest BloomsToday to anybody. It smashed my heart they cared so small about that encounter.
