Scam and cheating

On 1-11-09 I requested a memorial agreement for my sibling-in laws support. Our purchase was obtained and that I was informed anything was looked after. The following day I had been named and informed they might not provide the blossoms since the nearest florist was 35 miles apart (Thats a Rest) the individual explained that my deal could be corrected back again to my card by Night that evening. I informed her how annoyed I had been whilst the memorial was in a few times. I checked my acct. 24 hours later and discovered the cash was removed, although not put-back in. I named them back twice. The very first time I named I had been informed they mightnot actually find my purchase. I indicated how annoyed I had been being I'd simply dropped 2 family unit members in 3 times which was all of the cash I'd for plants. All I acquired was sorry cannot do something. And so I named again today 1/12/09 and talked to a different individual and was again informed she could not find my purchase. She explained informed while she approached a boss. Lastly when she returned online she advised it'd been discovered and also the reason behind it-not being shipped was not clear. She subsequently advised it'd consider 5-7 business-day to change the cost. I again indicated how dissatisfied I used to be and annoyed as which was all of the money I'd. Today I can't purchase any blossoms on her support. Its poor enough we're crisis to possess people do that for you. I'd never suggest these folks to anybody.
