I purchased a Dyson All floor Vacume from a productsplus1976 seller on Ebay on January 17. Item Number 150321201086. I paid $360.00.

When I received the product, it had one major stress fracture where the vacume body attaches to the head. It also had chunks of plastic on the bottom of the box that came from where the handle attaches. It was broken where the parts click together. I took photos. I contacted the seller and he said he was unaware that the product was broken, and to send it back. He also stated as soon as it is in transit he will issue a refund.

I provided him with the tracking number and requested a refund. He said no, I had to send someone to pick it up so they could look it over and take it from me and ship it back to productsplus1976. I will have to wait to get the product back now.

He received it back via signature confirmation FedEx # 045781110035702 on February 4. It was signed for.
Have not heard from the seller since. Ignores all my communication. Phone and emails. I have filed with my credit card company. I Just received a letter from my credit card company. They have refunded my money, now they are going after Jimmy Huber of productsplus1976/Ebay seller.

I filed an ICP. Gov report. It's the FBI for internet fraud. I do have a case number.
I just received a case number for the file I reported to the better business bureau in Decatur Illinois.
I am in the process of making a complaint with my local sheriff's department, and his.
This was not buyers regret. I purchased another identical dyson vacume (from a different seller) on ebay within 6 days of shipping the broken one back. It is perfect!

Also it needs to be stated that I have never had any dealings with this person or business ever in the past. I do not know them.
