I purchased a product on Ebay and the seller did not send me even close to what I ordered. I filed a claim with Ebay and they said that it would take 10 days to escalate. Now they say 30 or more. I lost money, and I think it is mail fraud. Ebay would suspend me if I failed to pay for the item, which I have to do before I get my product that i purchased. Ebay should enforce that the seller ships me what I ordered, or they should get involved.
Ebay lied on their claim form, and they lied about how they handle claims, and they are allowing a seller to misrepresent items they sell with no consequence. This should be mail fraud for the seller and for ebay for allowing it. I want my product or i want my money back including shipping & money order fee.
