I'd bought a Htc contact double from cellular world end-of december 07. After handful of months the charger interface wasn't functioning correctly. I named Cellular world they believed to return the telephone to bloomington, Illinois, I did so in february 08. I had been informed by cellular world that it'd consider 6 months to reapair. After 2 months no solution, i named them up and customer support results amanda shipped me back saying it's on the road back after-repair. Following a week I had been informed the receiving interface was broken by person and have to spend$90 for repairs. I submitted with charge card to come back my cost since the telephone was faulty. After 4 more months I named results for standing on telephone, I had been informed it had been crawled by htc since I didn't create the cost in a timely maner. Just how can they discard a telephone that we paid for? I had been so angry the returs supervisor logan chandle is just a really rude guy he'd no regrets in damaging my telephone. I questioned who's leading of you, he explained he's the best and may not do something. This really is large frad organization I'll protect my situation within the judge of regulation. I'd one year guarantee with this phone plus they don't have any privileges to ruin my precious telephone. They might not substitute the telephone that we purchased for hard earned cash.
