Refusal to fix phone under warranty

Our 16 year. Old girl bought a Motorola i9 telephone together with her own cash 3 months before (drop of '09). She'd obtained excellent treatment of it, because it was her cash she'd invested. She was annoyed oneday since it wouldn't cost anymore. After attempting various things we decided the issue wasn't the battery or even the wire, but was inside the telephone itself. The telephone hadn't been decreased or mistreated by any means a completely fresh. Therefore we named the Motorola corp. And asked what might be done. They informed us to deliver it for them plus they might have among their repairmen assess the telephone and repair it. Therefore we did. We obtained the telephone back nearly fourteen days later having a notice stating they'd not repair it due to "bodily harm." We realized that the telephone had some scores and blemishes that hadnot been there before and also the Hardware interface was all messed up—appeared as if they took it aside. The telephone wasn't such as this whenever we delivered it. Therefore we named the organization back and described our scenario and also the woman (who had been difficult to comprehend) informed us to deliver it again, which we did. The telephone delivered to us 2-3 weeks later using the same notice inside stating, again, they couldn't restore the telephone because of "bodily harm." I again named the organization and also the woman (once again extremely difficult to comprehend) wasn't useful and rude although I stayed peaceful. She'd not I would like to talk to a boss and he or she might just provide her first name, that we don't believe was actually her first name. She informed us to deliver the telephone back again to be reevaluated. I declined and stated that this could do-no great. I needed to understand exactly what the organization process was for when their very own repairmen damage a telephone or provide it bodily harm which wasnot there before.
