ADT 4 Years of phone calls and faxes with no results only the runaround on who to talk to

ADT has run us around for 4 years on our commercial account#131306340 dealing with the fines we have from the false alarm division of the Manatee County Sheriff Bob Clark phone 941 747 3011 ext2570 due to the faulty equiptment in our business when we moved in to 1403 61st ave e Bradenton Fl 34203.

From 02/22 thru 07/25 we had 29 false alarms verified by the sheriff amounting to $1,585.00 of which we were told ADT would reimburse us after we showed it paid by us. We paid $565.00 on 06/24 and faxed the cancelled check along with the reciept from the sheriff to ADT at the numbers they gave us 18665056045 19045645240 18668093419 and 6231387 attn; Mary Ann then Vanessa all with promises of return phone call or a fax to our tollfree phone number or our regular phone number or our fax number which was clearly printed on every fax we sent over the last 4 years. We also had the extra cost service plan that covered any repairs or replacement of the system. We were told in 12 by one of their service reps the system was very old and needed to be replaced and our service agreement would cover that. We called for service almost weekly because of the false alarms and getting out of bed at 2 or 4am to drive 4 miles to the business to shut the alarm off we finally had enough and quit arming the system and paying our bill with them and then we got harrassing calls from ADT with threats to turn us into a collection agency, we got a letter from Dunn & Bradstreet telling us our business now has a non payment of services strike against it.
