Emptied my accounts ripoff

I was getting ready to pay my truck note and when I called the bank to tell them to make the withdrawl from my checking account they said I'm sorry Mr Smith about your account balance is zero. I said ok then take from my savings. Then they said I'm sorry Mr. Smith that balance is also zero.

CIC Credit Monitors cleaned out my accounts and now I have no money to pay my bills with.
