Ripoff

I was turned down for a credit card and they suggested I go to Experian.com to get a free copy of my credit report.

I filled out the information on the website and downloaded a free copy.in the information they required a credit card number to process, but would not charge your account.

Now I checked my account b/c I noticed the balance was lower than it should be and CIC Credit Monitor charged my account $79.95 on 7/24/03.
