Merchup Less Than Zero Customer Service, Never Sent My Merchandise

On February 10, I ordered a t-shirt from Merchup.com. Almost immediately, I received an email saying my order had been processed. The website said I would receive my order within 3 days.
It has been 13 days now and I have yet to receive my order. I checked my bank statement online and my card was charged by a company called Thread Pit, I assume this is the mother company of MerchUp. There was a phone number on the statement and I typed it into google and this website (which I wish I had found earlier) popped up.
I also tried calling the number and, of course, no one answered. I have sent them about 3 emails now through their customer service page and they all just get sent back.
I ordered my items for a Valentine's present and needless to say, my boyfriend was left without one of his gifts.
I have ordered countless items online and was more than disappointed with this website and company. Whatever you do, do not order from this fraudulent company!
