Laptop Battery Depot
Laptop CC charged, no product

I ordered one laptop battery and received an email from customerservice@laptopbatterydepot.com confirming the order. Two days later I received three emails from customersupport@laptopbatterydepot.com with all 3 saying that my order had been shipped and my credit card charged. I had ordered, and paid, for 1-2 day shipping as reflected on all 4 emails.

Ten days later, I still had not received my battery. Two emails I sent were not answered. The website does not show a customer service number, only a sales number. I finally called the sales number and talked with a man who identified himself as "Joe", though he stumbled over his name.

I told him about my missing order and gave him my order number. He first said that my order had been "back ordered" as was going out today. I repeated that I have received 3 emails saying it had been shipped 10 days prior. Joe said that the emails shouldn't have been sent. I told him that the emails also said that my card hard been charged for which he didn't give a reply.

When I asked that the shipment was going out today, Joe said that they should receive the back ordered batteries today or tomorrow and the order should ship soon after. I asked how much after. Joe then said that they might not receive the back ordered batteries for "5 or so days". I reminded him that I'd already been charged. Joe offered to refund my money, which I accepted. I asked when the refund would be processed and he said today.

I have ZERO hope that the refund will be processed and confident that I will have to dispute it with the credit card company.

Do not use laptopbatterydepot!!!
