Kelly Krater and North State Property Management are key players in the Loomis Wealth Solutions Mortgage fraud case in Roseville. They handled the property management for all the properties. I have it confirmed with the tenant of my property that he wrote 2 rent checks to North state property management and they never sent them into the mortgage company but they were cashed. I've since taken over management of my own property but BEWARE to anyone who does business with this company. Kelly Krater may have changed the name of the company but I'm not sure
