Cloud 10 absolute Joke Of A Company Did absolutely nothing

I would assume the company is "legit", but my experience (and probably many others) trying to work for the company started by becoming very tedious and then became impossible. We had to go through a training program at home and download their software. There was an issue with the software and the help desk was either woefully understaffed, woefully incompetent, or both. There were people waiting in the help desk chat rooms for hours on end trying to get help. Then, if someone started to help you, there was several times where they seemed to drop off the face of the earth and they'd quit helping. Others in the chat rooms were complaining about the same issues.

Also, they were supposed to give you a "test call" to confirm the systems were working. I never got mine. Even though the client had given an extra 3 days to prepare for the start of the project, they continued to ask people to be patient with the "test call" process. Then, while trying needlessly to get help at one of the help desks, a fellow work-at-home person posted the break/lunch schedule (which many people, myself included, never received from an actual employee) and my ID was not even on the list. Several e-mails to Cloud 10 about these issues went unanswered, and I still have not gotten a "test call". I had to drive 45 minutes to return a headset (which of course, I had to drive 45 minutes to get) that I had to pay $56 to get because they insisted I get a specific model. I'm just saying, if you're hurting for money like me, you may not want to waste your time with Cloud 10.
