Ripoff cashed my personal check for 2 Pasta Pots did not send merchandise consumer fraud ripoff

Tri-Star Products, Wallingford, CT advertised the popular Pasta Pot for a reasonable price in the Parade Magazine (newspaper insert). I sent a check for 2 pots; it was cashed and cleared a month ago. The product has not been sent to me.
