Ripoff they have the money and I don't have a pasta pot!

I sent check for $31.97 for two sets of pasta pots on Jan 20. The check was cashed Jan 30.2003

I called customer service on Mar 5 they had a record of my order but wanted me to fax copy of cancelled check. Mar 6, I called them just prior to faxing this information and was told by JILL, that my order was on the way. Mar 17th, I spoke with CINDY who ALSO assured me my order was on the way—

It is now Mar 20 and I have NOTHING. Both these woman told me of past purchases I made through their company, one of which I dont remember making. When asked what that item was, I was told that my pots "were on the way" and the conversation ended.

Tired of this runaround. I want two sets of pots or my complete refund of $31.97. Whether I get this product or my COMPLETE refund, I will NEVER order from them again.
