Coercion & extortion by clouding property title with illegal document

When Linda Bobski failed to produce a buyer for my property, I was forced with the decision to return the property to the bank or discount the property so drastically and take a tremendous loss. Linda Bobski had been notified of this and had agreed to release the listing so that I might use the last 28 days of the month to attempt to locate a buyer prior to returning the property to the bank at the end of the month.

When my wife located a willing, able, and ready buyer, Linda Bobski and her broker, Karen Bergin, filed an illegal document with the Clay County Missouri Recorders Office for the sole purpose of clouding the property's title, thus making it unmarketable and stopping the sale. They then demanded reimbursement of advertising expenses they claimed to have spent on the listing; however, refused to provide receipts or documentation of the expenses, and demanded monies which we know were not spent on the listing.

The document filed with the recorders office was determined to be illegal by 8 licensed Missouri attorneys (4 hired by the bank holding the loan on the property, 2 hired by the title company, 1 hired by the buyer of the property, and my attorney).

Their use of duress and coercion forced me to meet their demands or suffer even further losses attempting to remove the illegal document through the process of litigation, which they were well aware I could not afford to do.
