Completed short sale with PNC who refuses to release lien on property and ruining my credit!

I finished a brief purchase having a HELOC mortgage kept by PNC this year. I had been represented by a lawyer. PNC and that I closed an arrangement that for $2,000, they'd take the short-sale and launch the HELOC loan around the home. I gave them $2,000 and title insurance was released to get a free and clear name. Even today, they WOn't launch the loan around the home.

Based On state documents, there's nevertheless a loan about the home from PNC. I have named them many times and also have confirmed them the authorized contract plus they are ignoring me. The name business can also be looking to get them to produce the name plus they are not cooperating. I have been delivered to selections plus they are threatening to foreclose about the home using the new operator residing in it. They're not returning some of my calls or emails.
