Comcast/Walmart Gift Card Ripoff Toms Rive

I visited by local Walmart store in Toms River NJ in November. I spoke with a Dean who was a sales rep from Comcast. He said if I signed up for any Comcast service I would receive a $50.00 Walmart gift card. So I signed up to add digital tv service and Dean handed me the gift card. Dean said when the order is completed he will call me at home with the activation code and then he said to call the special Comcast activation hotline 866-643-8867 and they will activate my card.

So on December 1st I called the activation hotline and they said ok give it 7 days and the card will be activated. While after calling them a dozen times within the last 3 months my card is STILL NOT activated.
