I was a customer of Comcast Cable company for two years, I moved to another home, and Comcast told me everything at the new home was activated. I found out it wasn't. I spoke to 20 different Comcast employees on the phone that said it was activated. Comcast finally had to send a tech to my home, the tech said nothing was activated, so Comcast said they would compensate me by installing a security alarm in my home. They said the alarm modem etc, was free, installation was free and activation was free, and my monthly bill would be twenty nine, ninety nine a month. A month later I received a bill from them in the mail for five hundred dollars, I told them to pickup everything and to cancel my service. On 01/03, I received another bill from them for $1525.94. Ridiculous, When the bill was only suppose to be $29.99 a month. Crooks! I am turning them into every agency in America, if I have to.
