Poor service

Required an RMA for that iConvert product after product failed within 7 days of getting item. Was advised an envolope could be sent to put on container it's been over fourteen days all I've is just a faulty item! Verry bad customer support and aparently bad merchandise as outlined from the recnt coments with this specific item.
