They lost my package!

The comapany named Fritz Companies Incorporated, based in Portland, OR, is reponsible for routing packages for UPS. I found out it was them who lost my package. I was sending some very, very important papers and the papers were only going across town. They LOST them and then nevery found them. This drives me crazy as this cost me and my family dearly and I want to get them to stop their inept behavior of losing my package and the packages of other of innocent consumers.
